New Policies & Procedures

Safety and Sanitation 

We have always followed the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation standards for salon maintenance and sanitation.  Due to increased concern, we have implemented some new procedures.  If at any time during your visit, you have questions or concerns, please let one of our team members know right away. 


  • Barbicide sanitation and disinfection training and certification has been completed by our entire staff- 
  • Masks will be worn by everyone inside the salon & temperature checks for staff & guests prior to entering salon
  • Service chairs have been spaced, protective barriers have been installed,  and general seating areas have been removed- We will not have seating in the reception area.
  • Consistent cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces will continue throughout the day
  • Sanitation Stations are set up throughout the salon – At each entry way, every station, front desk, restroom, and our color dispensary.
  • Stylist stations, seating, tools, equipment, capes, towels, and sinks will be sanitized after every use.
  • Our restroom will be sanitized after each use


Appointments and During your visit

  • Services will be by appointment only
  • All appointments booked will be reserved with a credit card- Failed appointments or cancelled appointments, with less than 48 hours notice, will be charged for the full amount of services reserved.
  • Only clients’ receiving services will be allowed in the salon
  • Guest arriving for appointments will enter through the FRONT DOOR – Either door can be used for exit, but we will be checking in through the front door only
  • Please call 708-647-9636  when you arrive for your appointment- We ask that you wait outside of the salon until your stylists’ station has been sanitized and is available to seat you.  We will call or text to let you know when to come in.
  • Customers are required to wear face covering while in the salon.  Ear loop masks are best for us to be able to work around.  We may ask at some points during your services, that you unloop your mask and either hold it to your face or allow us to use medical tape to secure it to the sides of your face.  Please take into consideration your mask type when coming for color services.  (Disposable masks are recommended for all guests)
  • We will ask that you sanitize your hands when entering the salon.
  • Please do not bring any food or beverages into the salon.  We will not be serving beverages such as coffee or tea.  Bottle water is available upon request, but we ask that you refrain from removing your mask at any time during your visit.
  • Waxing services will be for eyebrows only
  • Mens’ facial grooming services will not be offered


Chair Side Check Out

  • Guest service specialists will provide contactless checkout procedures.  
  • Product purchases will be packaged for you and brought to you at your stylists’ station.  
  • Clients will be asked to rebook their next appointment as recommended by their stylist.
  • Payments- Credit Cards & Cash only, NO PERSONAL CHECKS.  
  • As always, Gratuities cannot be processed through the salon.  Guest can tip service providers directly with cash or use a credit card Chase, Zelle, or Venmo.

Most important, if you are not feeling well, have a fever, or any symptoms of Covid 19 we ask that you reschedule your appointment.  If you have been exposed to a person with Covid, have traveled outside of the US, or if you feel that you may be at risk, Please Reschedule. 

Changing an Appointment

Our Cancellation Policy

 

We request a 48 Hour notice for any changes made to an appointment.


A 50% fee will be charged to all appointments cancelled with less then 48 hours


Any appointment that is cancelled with 24 hours or less will be subject to a 100% charge to the card on file.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Retail products may be returned for an exchange of products within 30 days of purchase.  If you are not happy with your product purchase, a stylist will be happy to help you choose a replacement.


If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your hair, please come back within 2 weeks for your stylist to make any changes necessary.

Children are welcome when receiving services

We love family and we love children.  Unfortunately our salon environment is not always safe or fun for children when they are waiting for adults to have services done.  We know its not always easy to find time to get out without the kids, but we want you to be able to relax and enjoy your time at the salon.
