We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellation or moving of appointments.
If we do not receive 48 hours notice prior to an appointment, there will be a 50% cancellation fee applied to the credit card given at the time of scheduling.
If an appointment is not cancelled and is considered a "no show", the credit card on file will be billed at 100% of the cost of services booked.
Retail products may be returned for an exchange of products within 14 days of purchase. If you are not happy with your product purchase, a stylist will be happy to help you choose a replacement.
We love family and we love children. Unfortunately our salon environment is not always safe or fun for children when they are waiting for adults to have services done. We know its not always easy to find time to get out without the kids, but we want you to be able to relax and enjoy your time at the salon.
