No! The process is quick and painless. A precision micro-welder joins the chain while a protective barrier keeps the welding area separated from the skin.

Typically 10–20 minutes per piece. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to browse our chains, charms, and connectors and make your selections.

It's designed to stay on continuously without a clasp, but it can be removed by carefully cutting the chain if necessary.

Yes! Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear. Avoid harsh chemicals, and rinse and dry your jewelry after swimming.

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish. Gold-filled jewelry is more resistant to tarnishing than gold-plated jewelry but may discolor over time. Certain chemicals, cleaning supplies, & other factors can cause discoloration over time as with any jewelry.

Generally, yes. Fine jewelry usually doesn't need to be removed, although additional screening may be requested.
